Recreated handwritten books
The texts of ancient manuscripts are an invaluable source for a comprehensive study of history, the formation of the state and society.
History decreed that almost all the masterpieces of ancient Ukrainian handwritten books were either lost in the conflagrations of wars and invasions, or, being taken out, are stored in hard-to-reach book repositories abroad.
Khrapai Yuriy's manuscript workshop sees its task in making the pearls of ancient Ukrainian handwritten books more accessible to admirers of the history and book art of Rus'-Ukraine
