The Tale of Igor's Campaign is the most famous work of old Rus' literature of the 12th century. This poem is dedicated to the unsuccessful campaign of the Novgorod-Seversky knyaz Igor Svyatoslavovich against the Polovtsians. Popularization of this pearl of the old Rus' heroic epic is extremely important in modern conditions of the revival of the spirit of the Ukrainian nation.
